This is a near mint condition box set. I have owned this set for over 20 years and never played it. It has been stored vertically in my record shelving in an outer sleeve the entire time. These have never been cleaned, still in the original perfect condition sleeves. Other than some minor rub marks of the black lower edge of the spine (but the cardboard is not frayed at all) the box looks new. I actually think most of the appearance at that edge is that the edge was entirely opened there…not sure if it was supposed to be hinged there, but it was originally opened along that edge. The booklet is in incredible shape…no wrinkles or marks of any type. Labels are a dark salmon color. They are all in perfect shape; I inspected them all and all the labels are perfect with no scrapes, rubs, fingerprints or spindle rubs. Not a one!

Side 1: SR-90445A-RFR-3- (hand inscribed)
Side 2: SR-90445B-RFR-1- (hand inscribed)
Side 3: SR-90446A-RFR-2- (hand inscribed)
Side 4: SR-90446B-RFR-2- (hand inscribed)
Side 5: SR 90447-A- M2 (machine stamped)
Side 6: SR 90447-B- M3 (machine stamped)
Inspecting the record surfaces, the only mark of any type I see is a narrow rub mark across cut one of side three. This is not a scratch, but it is a light mark. Otherwise I see no other defects of any type on the sides. I just cannot imagine that you could find another original Bach/Starker set in better condition than this.
I am not a record dealer; this is actually the first record of my collection that I have sold. I guess if you haven’t listened to an LP in over 20 years maybe someone else could enjoy it! I might as well buy something I will use! I have been an audiophile for almost 30 years and believe me this set has been well cared for! I will pack it extremely well, as good as or better than the two Blue Note 45 rpm series that I subscribe to. My packing is superb; while I don’t sell records, I do see how they are shipped to me. I have a fair amount of experience with shipping both tube and solid state audio equipment, which is more of a challenge, by far.
Shipping cost will be the actual shipping charges and will be added to your winning bid price. I am not trying to make money off of you with the shipping; I will let you decide how you would like it shipped, but USPS or FedEx would be my choices. I would like to be paid with PayPal.
