Bach Violin Sonatas Josef Suk UK HMV SLS 818
Josef Suk plays the complete "Sonatas and Partitas" of J.S. Bach. A three record set, this is an English Stereo pressing on the HMV Label (SLS 818). The labels green with silver lettering, and a postage stamp dog, and a silver border. The records have some light surface scuffs, and a couple of noticeable scuffs on side five do not sound, and otherwise the records are of excellent appearance and play and sound superb with a minimum of surface noise. The box laminate has rubbed and is otherwise excellent. The booklet has foxing on the front.
