Backlash-Hang WithThe Gang (Stratasphere 1981). Rare original copy of this classic private press boogie funk burner out of D.C. This is a rough copy that probably was used to set the clubs on fire back in the day. There's lots of scratches and scuffs, but the record plays through with noise and repeated clicks but no skips or sticks. The dancefloor madness of Hang With The Gang and the swaggering funk of Party still come through, but this copy is only for those who can handle the crackles and clicks that coat these deep, funky grooves. Should work as a good play-out copy that'll rock with a burly dj needle.
