Description

This is an original first pressing of the Bad Brains debut 7 inch single "Pay To Cum" back with "Stay Close To Me", recorded in 1979 and released in 1980 on Bad Brains Records. There is no picture cover or lyric insert, the record comes in a plain white generic sleeve. The matrix imprint on the runout grooves matches those as listed on the Discogs database.
The record is in excellent condition and overall looks barely played. There is only the very slightest bit of what appears to be a slight paper scuff on the A side if you look close enough. It was so light I could not photograph it. It is non-audible and not noticeable unless you look extremely close. Most would put this record at NM, I would call it VG+ just to be safe. Listening to the record to me it sounds exactly like the day it came out. On the A side there is a one time pop in the lead-in groove. Otherwise it sounds perfect to me. The songs themselves sound perfect. The side A label has the very slightest of ring wear which may be from the pressing itself. It is barely noticeable. There is no picture cover or lyric insert, there is just the record. Please see the pictures.
