TRIVIA: So after Paul decided to mentor the band, he would go in early to Abby Road Studios, before The Beatles would begin recording for the day & instruct them on how to play each part of 'Come and Get It' to guarantee a hit song.
John Lennon had injured his hand in a car accident and when they recorded 'With a little help from my friends', due to his injured digit, they dubbed it 'Badfinger Boogie'... So when Paul returned to the other studio to find them discussing possible names, he suggested 'Badfinger'.
Paul is actually playing the tambourine, in the track :)
