Description
This is a very nice copy of Classic Records reissue of the Mercury Living Presence recording Balalaika Favorites with the Osipov State Russian Folk Orchestra on four single-sided 180g 45 rpm records. The records have been cleaned with both a VPI record cleaner and treated with LAST record preservative and more recently with an Audio Desk ultra sonic record cleaner. The records play relatively quietly with only a few light ticks here and there. There are no scratches on the records. The covers are in new condition. Only the first record is housed in the regular record jacket. The other three disks are in a plain white jacket with a sticker which indicates which movements are on the record. The sound and the music are fantastic. I purchased this new when it was first issued by Classic Records. The record, like all Classic reissues, is now out of print. Multiple records can be combined in an order to save shipping costs.
