Gustav Mahler: Symphony No.9
Sir John Barbirolli conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.
British Ed HMV stereo pressing with first semi-circle Nipper labels from 1964. Article-Nos.: ASD 596 & ASDS 597.
Two separate LPs in laminated flipbacks, side 4 is not playable, but has 1st edition Nipper-etching instead.

Condition Covers: Strong EX. Flipbacks with laminated fronts, unlaminated backs, Very light general wear,

Condition Vinyl: Strong EX. Played seldomly with a couple of faint hairline-marks that hardly affect playing. I have playgraded this in its entirety
and there's hardly any distractions except for a singular tic here and there albeit with one exception: at the very end of side 1 - unfortunately a very quiet passage -
there is a subdued repetitive tic audible for about two minutes, Apart from this flaw, both LPs play NM almost throughout.

A note about my record-grading:
I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.
My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
