Rare Bootleg album Kismet 1001 1984
Welcome to my auction! You are bidding for the first of a series of 12 illegally issued albums during 1984-1985. They were mass produced and sold for $25 each at the time. Very rarely seen nowadays, maybe because the diva's name is not printed on the sleeve or the label.
Is in fine condition; there don't appear to be any signs of scratching or damage, although the cover has a slightly worn bottom right corner. There is an un-obvious mark on the label but that is repeated on a different place on the reverse label - appears to be a printing problem and may have been repeated across many albums.
Although the only source on the Streisand Kismet albums I could find (http://www.barbra-archives.com/record/kismet_albums_streisand.html) lists that all albums were stamped in gold with the text "For promotional use only. Not for sale", my album sleeve appears to have this in silver.

I have no idea what this album is worth but I know it is very rare. I have had it for many many years and have played it only twice - once to listen and once to record; and that was a long time ago.
