1977 UK Beet Music. BMR 101.

 

Here is a musically fab and extremely rare original 1977 UK acid-folk privately pressed album. This extremely rare item contains some really beautiful sounding delicate acid-folk tracks, some of which are really not that dissimilar to 'Clive Palmer's' brilliant outfit 'C.O.B. There are also two spoken word poetry tracks that really add to the whole feel.

 

I apologise for the fact there no soundclips this is because E COMMERCE-who supply the players-are having their security certificate redone and I won’t load anything until it’s

recertified

 

All records I sell I examined under an ultra bright Tech light-which shows everything.

 

Both sides of this vinyl have a really excellent original deep glossy sheen with just a few very light hairlines and two tiny-and I mean VERY VERY tiny- pressing dimples which I have seen on other copies This record has been deep cleaned –twice. You will hear, now and then, light background playing sound-this is nothing to do with condition. It’s simply due to the pressing

 

The fully textured labels are in excellent very clean condition with no marks or wear.

 

The thin delicate fully textured non laminated single sleeve-well that’s the nice way to describe it is, considering what it’s made from, in excellent condition; I have seen thicker toilet paper!!

 

There is just some storage wear with slight ringwear-nothing much considering how fragile it is- I have over emphasised it in the picture. The only thing one could call a defect are two small nicks on the cover opening-and that’s it.

 

I have heard a couple of other copies of this LP and this plays cleaner than either of them.

 

This is a beautiful example of English acid folk
