pink/red MPS label, GEMA logo, deep groove, made in Germany : the 1st pressing I guess

I am based in FRANCE. Due to ebay US new policy about shipping charges, I have no other choice than to propose $4 as shipping costs to the USA in the listing of the item. Of course the real shipping costs are NOT $4 !

CONDITION :
VINYL : EX- : several unfeelable surface marks or hairlines, plays with overall light background noise
SLEEVE : EX- : general wear, used corners, opening spine is used and lightly peeling on a small area on the back
Grading :
M/EX/VG/G with appropriate + and -
All records are play-graded to check there is no warp, off-center...
CORRECT SHIPPING COSTS :
- France : $9 if less than 200€ / $15 if over 200€

SHIPPING NOTES :
- Due to the recently changed French post office's new prices and weight charts AND the recent lost of parcels AND to the Paypal's new absurd policy about sellers being guilty for the lost of an unregistered parcel unless they prove the contrary (...) I had to radically change my postage fees in a way that was safer for you and me. The postage fees now correspond to a Registered mailing with signed proof of delivery, which includes an insurance up to 150€. The consequence is increased shipping charges, but that's the only way for me to be protected in case of lost.
Pour les Français, un envoi en collissimo simple reste possible en-dessous de 200€. Au dessus de 200€, on passe en Collissimo recommandé avec accusé de réception. Si votre enchère est en dessous de 200€ mais que vous souhaitez tout de même une assurance ou un recommandé, merci de me prévenir et je vous fournirai le tarif adapté.
