- Fair (F): Major visible wear with scratches and scuffs. Plays with moderate surface noise or occasional clicks. Sleeve shows heavy wear.
- Good (G): Plays well but shows visible scratches and scuffs. Some surface noise may be present. Sleeve shows noticeable wear or ring wear.
- Very Good (VG): Plays well with minor surface noise or faint scratches. Sleeve shows some signs of wear but is intact.
- Very Good+ (VG+): Plays very well with minimal surface noise. Minor cosmetic imperfections only. Sleeve shows light wear.
- Excellent (EX): Plays excellently with very little surface noise. Vinyl is clean with only minor signs of handling. Sleeve in excellent condition.
- Near Mint (NM): Vinyl and sleeve appear as new. No visible scratches or wear. Plays perfectly with no surface noise.
