Details: This is the rare clear vinyl released in 2004 on the Trunk Label, and was limited to 500 copies worldwide. This still has the sellophane around the sleeve. Item is in mint as new collectors condition.

Back ground:
The extremely sought after music from the early 70's cult British TV show UFO. UFO was a live-action 26-episode TV show produced by Gerry and Sylvia 'Thunderbirds' Anderson and is loved for it's stylish sets, vehicles, costumes and sexy female operatives.
For the orchestral and hip-groovy score, Barry Gray made extensive use of the Ondes Martinot (an early electronic musical instrument with a keyboard and slide invented in 1928 by Maurice Martenot, and originally very similar in sound to the Theremin) and Hammond Organ. Gray scored specific musical cues for scenes and also generic working music that could be cut to scenes as and when needed.
The music on this LP is taken from a variety of episodes and was produced from Gray's original multi-track master tapes. Enthusiastic liner notes by Jonny Trunk.
