Description
The second Bathory LP entitled "The Return of the Darkness and Evil" released in 1985 is a very important record in the progression of thrash and black metal. It is one of the main inspiration points for the Norwegian Black metal scene and of course for the Swedish Death Metal scene with bands like Darkthrone, Entombed, Dismember, Dimmu Borgir and many more. This particular record comes with a dedication and an autograph on the cover by the Bathory frontman and legend Quorthon (Thomas Forsberg) who tragically passed away in 2004 after a long and very influential career spanning over more than 20 years. This is a very rare piece of memorabilia. Although the record and the inner sleeve show obvious signs they were played and handled, this is not about that. This is about owning a bit of metal history you are very unlikely to find anywhere else!
