Description

Bauhaus - The Sky's Gone Out

Original UK release of "The Sky's Gone Out" available as a special price double package containing an extra live album: "Press The Eject And Give Me The Tape".

Double 2 x 12" vinyl LP Albums (studio and live) - original shrink wrap with cover sticker removed. Comes with two illustrated inner sleeves. The cover is a thick laminated gloss cover outer sleeve with 'Beggars Banquet' written in script on the spine. Back cover is plain gloss black without any inscription. The studio album has the catalogue number BEGA 42, the live album BEGA 38.

Bonus - Includes an NME Music Newspaper clipping of the album review from 1982.

Note: After the initial copies of this Double LP Pack sold out, The Sky's Gone Out was released as a single album in a standard sleeve and 'Beggars Banquet' written in plain text on spine. On its side, Press The Eject And Give Me The Tape was reissued a couple of months later as a stand-alone release.

                CONDITION - The double vinyl package remains in overall near mint and pristine condition (only very lightly played as I had the cassette) - a few minor surface marks that do not affect playback - The glossy cover front and back are mint except for one very light corner ding to bottom left corner of the firm spine. The 2 x printed inner dust sleeves are near perfect with one light corner ding to bottom right hand corners - and some light age discolouration but no creases or ring wear. Stored in a PVC sleeve for decades and includes an NME Music Newspaper clipping of the album review from 1982.
