Canadian only release with the Sky's Gone Out LP packaged with the Ziggy Stardust 12" EP. Both fit into a single pocket textured sleeve. Released through Polygram on Vertigo/Beggars Banquet, cat# VOGX-1-3326. Full track listing is on the back of the sleeve (Photo #2). The Ziggy Stardust 12" is marked as "Not For Sale' on the record label. Includes both original inner sleeves. The sleeve look like they have some fading and both have some creases, and one has a small tear
