Description

Super Rare Early New Zealand issue of this seminal Beach Boys album from 1965.


Condition


As you will see from the photos ( which form part of the description ) the record and sleeve are not in the best condition. I am no expert of grading records so have tried to describe it as fairly as possible. Overall I would describe it as Poor although in my opinion as noted below it does play well. I will not offer any refunds if you do not agree with the condition described.


Sleeve : Large tear at the bottom - approx 10cm long. Sleeve is separated where the tear is. Smaller tear in the middle front. Shall name written on top right front. Back of sleeve is in pretty good condition other than the tear as noted earlier and a name written in the top right. See photos. Spine has damage where name is.


Record : Has clearly been played many times and has numerous scuffs and scratches. These are hard to show in photos. Written names are in both sides of the record label. See photos.


I have however tested the whole album and I could not detect any skips or jumps. I’m no expert however so cannot guarantee there are none. To me the sound quality appeared pretty good but again I’m no expert.
