Description
The Beach Boys Pet Sounds LP, Reprise/Brother Records MS 2197. This is the U.S. brown-cover mono pressing matching Discogs release 12207564. Features the Brother/Reprise labels and the later brown-bordered cover variation.
Cover retains most of its original shrink wrap and has an old $3.48 price sticker on the front. Includes the original Warner/Reprise “Loss Leaders” advertising inner sleeve. Cover shows some corner and edge wear, including wear at the lower corners, as photographed. Vinyl appears clean overall with some light surface marks visible. Not play tested.
A nice example of this distinctive Pet Sounds pressing with much of the original shrink and period inner sleeve still present.
I like to grade VERY conservatively. I would say VG+/VG+ please look at photos.
