The Beach Boys - Surfer Girl (Live) / Wouldn't It Be Nice (Live) (Brother R 3621)

Rare 1973 Australian pressing of US live single from The Beach Boys In Concert LP.

Condition of record is M- (Mint Minus).  Very clean and shiny.  A-side label has a small amount of writing in pencil (see photo).  

Single comes in appropriate WEA sleeve in EX (Excellent) condition. Sleeve has a stain on left-hand side (see photo).
