Please do contact us with any questions you have relating to this item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am -5pm Monday to Wednesday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
We do our very best to describe our listed items as truthfully as possible but sometimes we can make a mistake which is only down to human error. Please contact us with any problems, we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as we can.
We also welcome any advice/knowledge from experts if you feel we have misrepresented an item.
Packaging & Shipping
As a charity we use donated packaging as much as we can so as not to incur you any excessive packing charges. This means you may receive your item in an unusual box! We feel it helps us and the environment.
We do our utmost to combine shipping to save costs, however, if you pay for each item individually by the time we print off an invoice the items will all be invoiced together with all the shipping prices added. Once your items are packaged up and weighed we will refund you the difference.
Delivery
We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 2 working days for your tracking to update on eBay. If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you.
Please note as no one is in our office after 4pm on a Wednesday any items brought will be posted out the following Monday morning. Thank you
