Description

This is the 12-inch vinyl release of the Beastie Boys "Cooky Puss" single.  The jacket is a simple sleeve without artwork.  The vinyl looks unscratched.

The drummer was a classmate and gave these out to friends and acquaintances.

"Cooky Puss" is the debut single by the Beastie Boys. The song is their first hip hop recording.... It was released in 1983 as a 12-inch single on Rat Cage Records. The title, title track, and lyrics are satirical references to the Cookie Puss ice cream treat.  It contains parts of various crank calls from the group to a local restaurant.
