This is the original 4 Panel Gatefold Sleeve release for Paul's Boutique from 1989. It it has the inner picture sleeve with lyrics on one side, and the iconic Ricy Powell photo on the other. Check my other listings if you are looking for other versions.
For Collectors... The jacket has a tiny bit of ring wear on the back sleeve where the LP is housed. The inner sleeve has a small split (about 1 1/2") along the bottom and some creasing that is visible in the photos. The disc itself is Excellent (visually graded) with some small scratches that shouldn't affect play. All scans are of the actual item. I couldn't find a copy of this in this condition available to US buyers for under $120 after shipping.
