I know very little about this but suggest that maybe it was a concert giveaway, promo only or came with a magazine perhaps.

 

Condition wise the record appears little played -Full gloss vinyl VG+. A tiny bit of background noise and pops here and there. Minor scuff marks that don’t affect play. Plain white sleeve only. Labels exhibit no spindle marks. VG+

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.                                                                                                                                                                       EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.                                                                                                                                                                                              VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.                                                                                                                                                         GOOD: Showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.                                                                                                                                                                                        FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated.
