Description

This is the original first pressing of the Beat Happening LP "Black Candy" as released by Rough Trade/K Records in 1989. Subsequent pressings were issued by K Records exclusively. This is one of several Beat Happening LPs I am selling this week. I'm happy to combine/reduce shipping for multiple purchased items.

The vinyl is in excellent condition, with no visible scratches or imperfections. The sleeve is also in excellent condition, the Rough Trade/K pressing uses a heavier cardstock for the cover which has helped maintain its gloss and integrity.

All records are shipped in new cardboard mailers, with cardboard inserts. Records will be removed from the jacket before shipping to prevent ring wear and other damage. I have more than 10 years experience working in record shops, and am a record collector myself, so I know what a bummer it is to have records damaged in shipping, and will do everything in my power to prevent damage.
