THE BEATLES - 'THE BEATLES' CHRISTMAS RECORD'
1963 UK 1st *FAN CLUB FLEXI DISC**
**SUPERB COPY**
This 1-sided 33 1/3rpm flexi-disc was mailed out to UK fan club member only in December 1963.
It contains specially recorded messages by each member, recorded at Abbey Road studios.
Pressed on a custom blue and white 'Lyntone Recordings' label: LYN 492
Housed in its original yellow printed gatefold newsletter cover.
Matrix number: LYN 792-1U
CONDITION Disc Label: MINTNo spindle marks to either side.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces are perfectly clean & flat with no bends, creases or other major faults.
Close & careful inspection under halogen light reveals just a few pinhead sized manufacturing imperfections, but no scratches or other visible wear.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This copy has been played just once.
Apart from the usual light background present on this media, there is no groovewear or any other deterioration to the sound quality or major faults throughout.
Cover: EXCELLENT PLUS
So rare to find this fragile cover to find in this wonderful condition. The yellow paper is in pristine clean and bright with no significant wear to any panel.
Apart from a few tiny handling marks, there it little to fault here. There are no creases or any splits or tears to the spine or elsewhere.
This disc has been carefully audibly graded in its entirety on a Rega P9 deck fitted with a Shelter 901 cartridge.
