NEAR MINT DISC, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL FOUR SIDED NATIONAL NEWSLETTER NO 4, PICTURE SLEEVE AND ORIGINAL MAILING ENVELOPE –AN IMPRESSIVE EXAMPLE!!
Issued by the Beatles Fan Club in 1964, this is a GENUINE Opportunity to purchase an ORIGINAL and COMPLETE UK **1st Issue** for The Beatles SECOND Beatles 7" FAN CLUB Flexi Disc, entitled ‘Another Beatles Christmas Record’.
This Flexi is on the Official Cream with red print Beatles Fan Club Picture Label, displaying the correct stamped matrix of LYN 757-1R in the trail out groove.
The Disc is housed in its original 1st Issue Picture Sleeve, displaying the Beatles Fan Club logo on the front of the sleeve. The reverse of the sleeve displays two fold over flaps, together with the Official Beatles Fan Club address printed at the bottom of the sleeve. Making this purchase totally complete, it is accompanied with its Original National Newsletter No 4 Christmas 1964 Fan Club NEWSLETTER, which opens out to reveal pictures of The Beatles inside and on the reverse. Enhancing the investment potential still further also included with the Flexi Disc is the ORIGINAL Brown Mailing Envelope date stamped 20 Dec 1964.
The record label is in SUPER mint condition – the label looks NEW, it is bright, unworn, unfaded, with NO handwriting or tearing. The 7" Flexi disc surface is also in fine near mint condition, FLAT, Very bright playing surface, and NO bends, kinks or damage to the delicate playing surface. The picture sleeve is in very nice FIRM excellent plus condition. A FIRM, CLEAN and very Bright Sleeve showing a mild browning to the very top of the front of the sleeve and to the two fold over flaps on the reverse of the sleeve (probably glue residue from the manufacturing process, as we have seen many of these sleeves with the same imperfection). There is a 1" Rub mark towards the middle of the bottom seam. There is NO tearing, handwriting or creasing to any part of the sleeve. The four sided Newsletter is a LOVELY example, with NO tearing, handwriting or creasing. The mailing envelope shows some tearing only to the opening edge and is post dated 20 Dec 1964.
