THE BEATLES - 'THE BEATLES' SIXTH CHRISTMAS RECORD'
UK 1968 UK FAN-CLUB FLEXI-DISC
Recorded in separate locations by each member and put together by ace edited together by legendary Radio 1 disc-jockey, Kenny Everett - this 2-sided 33 1/3rpm disc was sent out to UK fan-club members in December 1968.
The disc was pressed by Lyntone Records and bears printed label: LYN 1743/4
Matrix numbers: LYN 1743-1L & LYN 1744-1L
The disc is housed within its original picture cover with 'Superpix' sales order form'.
CONDITION
Labels: NEAR MINT
All of the delicate print is a little faint but fully intact and unworn.
Visual: MINT
Pristine playing surfaces with no marks or wear in strong daylight or upon close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this disc lie 100% flat on the turntable with no bends or warping.
Play: NEAR MINT
This copy has clearly been barely, if ever played and the sound throughout is clean and completely unworn. Aside from a touch of light background, as is normal for this media, there is nothing to fault on either side whatsoever.
Cover: NEAR MINT
An outstanding example with clean unfaded colours and unyellowed and unblemished white areas. Apart from a hint of wear to each corner's extremities, this is 'as new'.
