Description

Absolutely PRISTINE condition - SUPERIOR EU (GERMAN) PRESSINGS. Box, slip case and all records just like new.  
The albums still have the SHRINK WRAP on them and have only be opened from the side to give each disc a single play to be digitized (washed and then played on a properly set up Technics SL1200-MK6 > Ortofon 2M Blue).  The book is STILL SEALED in shrink wrap although the bottom edge of the wrap has split open.
These are the superior European pressings of these albums.  The European (EU) pressing was done at Optimal Media in Germany.  These pressings are regarded as audiophile pressings.  Printing was done in the U.K.
(Note: U.S. pressing was done at Rainbo Records, Canoga Park, CA. There were many, many purchasers of the U.S. pressing that were unhappy with the quality of the product.  The main issues where pops, clicks, scratches, “no-fill”… with the actually pressings.  Make no mistake, the discs in this auction are NOT the U.S. pressings and are the superior EU (German) pressings.)
• Box Set contains all The Beatles’ 12 original UK albums plus the US-originated Magical Mystery Tour, and Past Masters, Volumes One & Two, featuring non-album A-sides and B-sides, EP tracks and rarities. • All vinyl in STEREO except Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You from Please Please Me and Only A Northern Song from Yellow Submarine which are in mono. Love Me Do (original single version), She Loves You, I’ll Get You, and You Know My Name (Look Up The Number) from Past Masters are also presented in mono. • Magical Mystery Tour comes with the 24-page booklet, as per original release. • George Martin’s 1986 stereo remixes used for Help! and Rubber Soul • Vinyl cut using traditional lacquer cutting techniques • Original 24-bit remasters used for production (rather than the 16-bit versions that were required for CD production). No ‘limiting’ on the masters. • Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band runout groove plays correctly (the first time for American pressings) • Also includes: Deluxe 252 page 12"x12" hardback book which tells the story of The Beatles album by album and with fascinating new essays on the historical importance of vinyl and the mastering process. featuring new photos and spectacular new layouts, this book is exclusively available in this Box Set. • Limited to 50,000 copies worldwide.
