Beatles 3rd State Butcher Cover Orig. 1966 'Yesterday and Today' LP on Capitol T2553 Mono
Up for your consideration is a third state Yesterday and Today Beatles LP. The trunk cover was removed by someone who made a noble attempt at revealing the original butcher slick. This is not the best peel (I found it this way) but a decent job and a good addition to your Beatles collection. This is an LA pressing as noted with the number 6 next to the RIAA insignia.
I rate the cover a G- with stains front and reverse, areas of paper loss front and reverse, 8" split bottom seam and splits and paper loss on the spine. Please review the photographs.
The vinyl rates VG (close to VG+) with sleeve marks that don't affect play. An enjoyable listen in glorious MONO! Comes with a generic sleeve and I'll include a zerox copy of the Capitol recall letter. Also, bidding will start with a reasonable opening bid.
I have been a collector for many years and I try to describe the condition of items to the best of my ability. Please review the photographs as they capture the condition well. I ship LP's in a sturdy LP or 45rpm mailer with the record removed from the cover unless it is a sealed copy. I will ship within a day or two after payment (PayPal) has been received. I can combine shipping when needed.
I'm happy to answer questions if you have any.
