Beatles 45 1970 SEALED Yellow Submarine Apple with Black Star, NM!

I can’t test-play vinyl at the minute, so with that said…

In 1983 when I was managing a Sound Odyssey record store, we had ordered a massive amount of records from the Scranton Capitol shipping warehouse when it was liquidating its inventory to close its doors.  Among them were boxes of 45’s and albums on the Apple label still sealed.  I picked out 5 titles of Apple 45’s with black stars that were still sealed.

For sale this week are two of them.  I may sell the others, come Christmas, but no guarantees.

Vinyl: NM/NM.  Never opened.

Plates: No way to tell, but since these were only pressed in Los Angeles, at least we know that they’re from the LA plant.

Labels: NM/VG.  Side 1 label has a cool crease error from the factory.  Side 2 label has some manufacturer’s burns from their machinery, which pressed some dirt or grease into the label.  See photo.

Sleeve: VG+.  Has some serration wear, back has a light crease.  NO SPLIT SEAMS.

**Note: Sealed records and albums are not returnable if they’re opened! eBay will back me up on that as product being returned in different condition than sold.**
