Beatles 45 & Picture Sleeve "I'LL CRY INSTEAD / I'M HAPPY JUST TO DANCE WITH YOU". Very RARE Sleeve! 
This one of the RARER 45s that the BEATLES issued in 1964. Issued by Capitol Records (Catalog #5234) on July 20, 1964. Features the Yellow & Orange Capitol Label with Black print. This is an initial PRESSING. Keep in mind that back in those days, when these Picture Sleeves were issued, they were only available for a very short time - and NEVER reissued.
Vinyl is beautifully clean and ORIGINAL July 1964 pressing (No Subsidiary - UNART/MACLEN). Picture Sleeve is EAST COAST and also in great shape with NO SPLITS & NO WRITING. Features the famous "DEZO HOFFMAN" photo (same as the photo on the "I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND" and "CAN'T BUY ME LOVE" sleeves). Very slight creases with slight wrinkling at the top as shown in PHOTOS but edges are in tact. Original 1964 PRICE STICKER - $0.98 in top right as shown. 
VERY RARE SLEEVE and in nice condition by comparison. Very Collectible for any BEATLE  fan and hard to find in such nice condition. ORIGINAL EAST COAST 1964 RELEASE!
PICTURE SLEEVES WERE NEVER REISSUED:  For those of you who are unaware, 45 rpm records from back in the 1960s, especially those by THE BEATLES, were issued with a Picture Sleeve (SEE PHOTO). Although the 45 itself may have been reissued (and not necessarily with the same label variation), the Picture Sleeve itself was NEVER reissued. So, when you see Picture Sleeves like this, it was the ONLY one ever issued for this record making it somewhat rare over time. When or if the record was ever reissued, for example on the CAPITOL label, the sleeve that accompanied all subsequent pressings, was normally a simple generic CAPITOL sleeve and NEVER a repeat of the original one.
