Beatles 45 Lady Madonna/The Inner Light SCARCE FONT West Coast First Pressing

Among other very cool things this week, there are half a dozen first pressing Capitol 45’s from the LA plant, just slightly under my A-list qualifications.  Extremely nice vinyl on all of them.  Good luck!

Vinyl---under normal room lighting, the vinyl looks very nice.  However, the “Lady Madonna” side has one soft mark that doesn’t affect play.  Under the bare bulb test, you will find that there are very small, very light scratches, and not many at that.

Labels---both are gorgeous NM.  Full store stock glossy.  This copy has the spaced, rounded font that is very hard to find.  Only a couple titles were issued with this font.  The other title was “Hello Goodbye.”  The label for “The Inner Light” has the mistake publishing credit to Maclen Music, rather than to Harrisongs.

Company Capitol sleeve--- is present and in really nice condition, no splits.

(Please note that due to time constraints, I have had to stop play-testing my vinyl.  However, I am happy to by request.  As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
