Description

You are bidding on a very rare Beatles 45 with the sleeve. Side A is I Want to Hold Your Hand ( Lennon-McCartney) and Side B is I Saw Her Standing There, Duchess Music Corp.. This particular 45 is considered one of the very first to be issued in the US during early 1964. This record is from Capitol Records with a number of 5112. This auction includes the record and the sleeve.

The sleeve is in mint condition. This sleeve is NOT a reprint. In the reprint, the cigarette in Paul's hand was omitted. This sleeve has Paul holding a cigarette. The sleeve and record were safely secured in a box for many years. Therefore, the sleeve is odorless, has slight ring wear in one corner, no tears, no writing of any kind.

The record is in very good condition. There are marks on the record. On the I Want to Hold Your Hand side, "T" and "1/64" is written in black ink. On the I Saw Her Standing There side, "T" is written in black ink. The marks on the record are 5112, 45-X44772-P1#2  and 1-134, recorded in England. The record has some slight wear on the label, but otherwise it is in perfect condition. The vinyl is still very shiny.
