Description
I am selling two Beatles, 45 rpm, 7 inch records, one with the heavy stock picture sleeve, both are Souvenir of Their Visit to America on VJ Records, VJ EP 1-903.
One edition is the standard heavy stock picture sleeve for the EP issued by VJ with the songs: Misery, Taste of Honey, Ask Me Why, and Anna.
The second edition EP, is the promotional copy, VJEP 1-903, of the same EP. The difference is the color of the labile and the words: "PROMOTIONAL COPY' on the label twice on each side. The records condition are as follows:
Standard edition, has a shiny finish, and plays very clean with slight vinyl crackling noises.
Promotional edition, has a shiny finish however on the Misery/A Taste of Honey side, there are needle scratches throughout Misery and cause constant pops, some quite pronounced, and crackling noises. The same is true of A Taste Of Honey, however not as pronounced pops (I added pictures of the scratch areas).
The heavy stock picture sleeve is in good condition, with two tears on the top and bottom edges, with some fading handling and sliding between other records.
I am also including a paper sleeve with the promotional EP that was the VJ Christmas 45 rpm sleeve.
I have included many pictures to assist with condition.
I have kept these records with picture sleeves in 45 rpm plastic sleeve protectors and the records separately in 45 rpm paper protectors.
