Exceptionally clean original US MONO vinyl pressing of Beatles '65 (Capitol T 2228) in original shrinkwrap complete with original Capitol Records inner sleeve.

 This LP is a contract pressing, manufactured for Capitol Records by Decca Records. Back in the 1960's, when Capitol Records' own pressing plants could not keep up with demand for Beatles records, they would contract out to other record pressing plants to keep up with that demand. This LP was pressed at a Decca Records plant for Capitol.

Disc labels: (Side 1: Near Mint (NM)); Side 2: Near Mint (NM): The LP's labels are clean and free of marks. 

Disc (vinyl): (Side 1: Near Mint (NM)); Side 2: Near Mint (NM): The heavyweight disc weighs 137 grams and is ultra glossy, flat and looks barely played. The mono audio is clean and dynamic on both sides. NO skips, NO jumps, NO sticking, NO loud pops , NO distortion.

Jacket: (Near Mint (NM)): The jacket is exceptionally clean. There are almost no signs of wear at all. The front, back, edges, corners and spine are all clean. There are NO seam splits. NO pen or ink marks and NO stickers or sticker glue. The shrinkwrap is tight and clean. 

There is a 5" X 6" section of the shrinkwrap missing on the back.

Inner sleeve: (Near Mint minus (NM)-): The inner sleeve is very clean with NO split seams.

- Payment: Winning bidder should contact us within 3 days of the auction’s ending. Auction must be paid 7 days after the auction closes unless other arrangements are made. If not, a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be submitted to eBay and the auction will be considered null and void. 

Grading: We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype.  We will never explain the condition of an item by saying it "looks good for something this old" as we consider that patronizing and an insult to potential buyers. Please ask us questions about any details about the item before bidding.

Shipping:

Packaging: All items are professionally packaged with high quality unused materials for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. All vinyl will be in poly-lined sleeves and outside of their original jackets so that no seam splitting can result from the shipping process.

Shipping charges for vinyl discs, posters and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!

- STILL SEALED items cannot be returned unless they are STILL SEALED. No exceptions.
