Flexi-disc is in VG+ condition with a 1/2" crease mark in the play area that does not affect the play of the record.Yes, I do own a record player & still do listen to the records that I sell!

Picture sleeve is in VG+++ condition, no record ring, no tears, seam splits or writing! Nice and flat without any creases!

No flyer is included with this item(must have been lost by the owner long ago).

 I always show BOTH sides of the labels & the sleeves that way you see what you are bidding on and do not get any surprises! I hate it when you bid on a record only to find out that when you get it the B-side has someone's name on it! Arggh!

All my 45's, EP's & LP's are now cleaned on the VPI record vacume cleaner and then play tested for sound & condition!

Who knows if they will repack the item the same way!!)
