The Beatles with Tony Sheridan German. Single: Cry for a shadow/Why 52275
You are bidding on a rare, used and well-preserved German single 7" by the Beatles with Tony Sheridan vocal: Cry for a shadow/Why. This single came out in 1964 on the red/white/black Polydor label with the number 52275 im so-called "blue mushroom cover".
However, the single I am offering is a so-called sample or promo single with a black and white label that says "unsaleable sample record", "sample not for sale". This was sent to radio stations or DJs etc. for promotion before publication -> see photo!
Condition of record/cover: VG++/VG+ (right cover page is completely torn, a 2cm tear at the top of the insert and a 4cm seam split on the left) -> see photos!

I have my records for years: Cleaning may be an option, mostly not necessary.
