VERY RARE - DETAILS OF THE FIRST PRESSING U.K. 1966:
Original pressings of this album had the words Parlophone & it's £ Trade Mark in yellow print. Please look at the pristine label PHOTOS provided!!
Plus in the label centre the words or similar to "Sold in the UK subject to retail price conditions". Again, please refer to the label PHOTOS provided!
Also with the words "the Gramophone Co." around the rim of the label. Yes - see those PHOTOS!! Original glossy lam cover says: "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending.
Here's how you can tell what are what the later pressings (not this one):
Subsequent label designs prior to CD's being introduced include.
Second pressing yellow Parlophone & Trade Mark without the words "Sold in the UK..." & dot added to label catalogue# Here
Followed by the new silver writing on black label design:
Firstly with one EMI box logo at bottom of label
Then with two EMI box logo's top & bottom Here.
Further changes mainly only related to the wording around the rim.
This album is an Original U.K. Parlophone Records PCS 7016, Made in England, very first pressing!
This album is THE ORIGINAL BRITISH BEATLES PRESSING!. There is no evidence of spindle wear, and the LP is THICK, HEAVY vinyl beautifully preserved "LIKE A VIRGIN" - MINT condition, showing no telling evidence of being played. Labels are GORGEOUS clean.
Original "Garrod & Lofthouse" Patents pending glossy lam cover which is nearly perfect - rate as NM.
Includes the original inner sleeve from 1966 first release date.

This is a wonderful quality addition to your CLASSIC ROCK collection. The fact of this being a ORIGINAL U.K. FIRST PRESSING - MINT makes nearly impossible to find in this kind of excellent condition after 45 years. My Cousin Kenny never took this album to parties!
Only (2) ways to obtain and possess this sweet of an ORIGINAL U.K. BEATLES. That would be to invent a time machine and travel back in time to London 1966....OR....BID ON THIS ONE HERE!!
Here's the reality: THIS IS A GORGEOUS MINT BEATLES ORIGINAL 1966 Parlophone PCS 7016. How often can you really get this? There are at least 36 other versions out on OLDIES - none of which ARE THIS ORIGINAL MINTY FRESH LP HERE!
You should buy here because there are always so many various deceptive "knock off" remakes and after the fact "re-masters"...but this one is the Real Deal Original in beautiful shape.
Go back and visit a better time gone past; by bringing in the real music of the day in the original format.
