Description
Original UK one box silver & black Parlophone/EMI label stereo 3rd press LP with the earliest 1G matrices and only available between November 1969 to December 1970! The Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve is intact & in EX+ condition, with some very light corner/storage wear and a couple of small laminate creases on the front cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the sepia EMI advertisng inner is intact & in EX+ condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines marks visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; YEX-619-1G stamper 2-OO, YEX-620-1G stamper 2-OL. This is one of the very earliest copies of the 1969 UK 3rd pressing of the original 1966 UK stereo issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
