Description

An Original 1965 pressing of AHDN. NOT from 1964. Matrix 3N/3N. A Mono 1st cut -- but from a year after 1st release. Note the 'Gramaphone' perimeter text. It's actually harder to find a decent mono from 1965 than it is from 1964! And do not underestimate the audio on offer here - it is likely to smoke pretty much any other copy you'd care to put up against it. If you take a side glance in good light on the surfaces...this record looks like it was pressed in the last 12 months! Now, I would argue for a Beatles 60's copy...that is HIGHLY unusual. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original mono cover . We also have the original Emitex inner sleeve.100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In really very nice condition and has only seen lightest use. Super lustre. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side  - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback .  A superb copy throughout - most original examples do not play quite at this level....Delivery is TRUE and CLEAN....Each track delivered with purity and crystal clear dynamics....I could barely pick out anything unwanted at all in the signal path at all...the whole way through. Acoustic tracks are the test - and this is copy is delivering some of the most faithful reproduction you're ever likely to witness... So, if you're looking for an original copy that plays insanely good....well worth taking a serious look at.
Cover (Vg+) Tricky to find in perfect condition, but this example is above average. Lovely shiny flat front cover....The rear avoided the worst of the ageing process, but it does exhibit....Spine is 99%+ intact.. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A lovey specimen.
Inner (Vg+) some ageing.  No splits,
