THE BEATLES - 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'/'THINGS WE SAID TODAY'
This NEAR MINT UK 1st pressing dates from initial July 1964 release on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5160

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'The Parlophone Co..' worded rims.

The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in both run-outs only.

Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17714-1N & 7XCE 17715-1N

Stamper codes: 13/GHGT & 3/GPH

Housed within its original and correct green & white Parlophone company cover.

Complete with a genuine & original 1960's ex-record shop stock paper bag.

A superb pair bearing just a handful of light spindle trails around the 'Things We Said Today' centre hole only.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unworn and unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible inner-sleeve removal lines on the 'Things We Said Today' side beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp.

Sound Quality: MINT

Both songs have never sounded better than they do on this pressing which provides reference sound quality for both tracks. Each is completely unworn and plays with an incredible clarity and power missing from any other format and is guaranteed not to disappoint.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

Perfectly clean, flat & totally unworn with the original owner's name discreetly written in the upper right corner and the disc's catalogue number in the front & rear upper right corners.
