The Beatles - Songs From the Film, "A Hard Days Night"
This complete and original 1964 STEREO UK 1st Press of the Beatles fourth studio album comes on the sought after Yellow and Black Parlophone labels.
This copy has the original 1st variant front-side laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flip-back sleeve with solid 'STEREO' aural indicator on the front side.
The variation 2 black and yellow Parlophone labels can be identified by the absence of the "recording first published" and the position of the side indicator position underneath the centre of the catalogue number above.
The album is complete with the original polythene lined EMItex die-cut inner sleeve.

The labels are bright and clean. Minimal spindle wear is visible.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Superb 'factory-fresh' deep-gloss playing surfaces which show only subtle paper scuffs in strong daylight. A really strong example.
Audio: EXCELLENT -
The audio is fantastic! There are quiet lead-ins and minimal static in between tracks. There are no obtrusive pops, skips or jumps. There is great channel separation, crisp vocals and a punchy bass. A fantastic listening experience.
Sleeve: EXCELLENT +
The sleeve looks great. The front retains the original lustre and the cover art is vibrant with bright colours. The reverse is very clean showing very minor discolouration from handling. The flip-backs are clean and in-tact. All four corners are crisp and sharp. There is no sign of ring wear, a fully readable spine without wear, top and bottom edge without wear.
Inner Sleeve: EXCELLENT
The original inner sleeve is in fantastic condition. It is without staining or discolouration and shows minimal creasing. Also included in the sale is an audiophile quality, anti-static inner sleeve to help protect and preserve the fantastic record.
