Item Description & Condition:
’ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE/BABY YOU’RE A RICH MAN’ was released on 7 July 1967 and went to the No 1 position in the UK charts.
This ORIGINAL VINYL 45 is a FIRST PRESSING on the traditional Black and Silver Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd....’ label rim, &‘Sold in UK….’ and ‘Made In Gt. Britain’ printed to both sides of the record labels, **WITHOUT** Reference to Live World Television Transmission.
Both record Labels are in very nice Excellent condition. NO fading to the to the Silver Printed Text and no more than a few centre spider trails.
Side 1 matrix: 7XCE 18425-2 and Side 2: 7XCE-18426-1.
Side 1 stampers: KT 3 GL and Side 2: KT3 GP.
There is an embossed ‘KT’ tax/price code on side one record label.
Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in Excellent condition, showing light surface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs.
Play Quality:
Both sides of the disc play without skips, clicks,or pops, with just mild background crackle.
The Vinyl 45 comes in its ORIGINAL First Issue Green Parlophone Company bag, advertising ‘BIG M’ Miners Make-Up to the reverse. The Parlophone bag is an Excellent Plus example, NO tearing, handwriting or seam splits, and just a little mild creasing.
A hard to find FIRST ISSUE in this respectable condition.!!
