The Beatles – Abbey Road Apple Records SO-383 Original-era 1969 U.S. Jacksonville pressing with early matrix configuration and uncropped cover. Deadwax / Matrix Details: Side 1: • SO-1-383-B19 #4 • “0” Jacksonville pressing-plant mark Side 2: • SW2 383 A18 #1 • “0” Jacksonville pressing-plant mark The B19/A18 matrix combination is consistent with documented early Jacksonville copies from the original 1969 production period. Apple labels list “Her Majesty” on Side 2. Cover: Early-style uncropped Abbey Road cover, retaining the square drain/manhole detail at the bottom of the front photograph. Cover shows normal age, edge and corner wear as pictured but remains attractive overall. Please review photos for exact condition. Vinyl / Playback: VG. Fully play-tested. Record plays through with very good sound. There are scattered pops and visible surface scratches/marks, but the marks appear predominantly superficial and do not significantly interfere with playback. No major playback problems noted. A nice original-period U.S. copy with identifiable Jacksonville matrices rather than a later generic reissue. Shipping: Record will be shipped in a new Mylar outer sleeve, protected with rigid cardboard and carefully packed with appropriate cushioning materials — no shipping bags — to help ensure it arrives in the condition as shown.
