Description

Up for auction is a beautiful, highly collectible original 1969 UK Stereo first pressing of The Beatles' masterpiece, Abbey Road. This specific copy is the coveted 1st Issue variant, characterized by a major factory printing oversight that was corrected within days of the album's initial release.

Missing "Her Majesty" Credit: Side 2 features the rare first-state label where track 7 (The End) is listed as the final song. Her Majesty is completely uncredited on the label layout.

Jacket Condition: VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)The sleeve is the highly coveted, genuine 1969 "Misaligned Apple" variant printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. The green apple on the reverse is visibly shifted to the left under the tracklist. The front and back artwork panels are exceptionally clean, sharp, and vibrant, boasting excellent color preservation. The edges are firm, the corners are solid, and the spine text remains clear and intact. Shows only the lightest touch of natural vintage shelf wear.
