Description
The Beatles - Abbey Road
(Apple PCS 7088 UK LP 1969)
This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a fully laminated sleeve which has a very thin spine. It comes with its original plain black "Apple" company inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has dark green Apple labels. Side 2's label omits "Her Majesty". It has 1st press YEX 749-2 and YEX 750-1 matrix numbers. The mother stampers are RLO 4 and RAP 7.
Sleeve: There is some light to mild rubbing wear to the sleeve opening. There is some light to mild ringwear & laminate creasing. VG condition.
Vinyl: There are some mild to more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and about 6 light hairline marks. There is also a minor warp. It does not affect play at all. Good+ condition. The labels are clean but show mild to moderate spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light, or mild, crackle in some quieter places.
The plain black inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There are two small tears at the opening. There are no seam splits.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
