VERY GOOD - minor creases on spine; minor 'indent' of record; name imprint on back cover (only visible under reflected light); still very presentable

Record Condition GOOD to VERY GOOD - some scuff marks - not deep; I have not played it so I can't tell how it plays
Label Condition FAIR to EXCELLENT - side one label is excellent - no writing, marks or wear; side two is fair - would also be excellent but there is what appears to be a coffee (?) stain 5cm x 1cm

Original Australian release!

A slice of history. The original Australian Abbey Road issue with the red 'blood' stain on the road between Ringo and John.

This is the ONLY EDITION IN THE WORLD that has such a mark on the cover. At the time of the release of this LP, there was a rumour spreading that Paul was dead. The Abbey Road cover was supposed to contain 'clues' supporting the theory - the number plate with '28IF' for instance was supposed to confirm that Paul would have been '28 IF he was still alive'; John is all white like an angel, Ringo in a suit like an undertaker, Georger in jeans like a grave digger, Paul no shoes like a corpse; etc. Anyway, the red stain on the road was supposed to be another 'clue' - Paul's blood??? This 'blood' stain was only present on the first pressing of the Australian LP, nowhere else. Needless to say, this is RARE.
