Description
***Please note that I am located in New Zealand and hence the postage will be £10 (£3 for each additional LP) for standard airmail (7-10 working days from NZ-> UK). Please ignore the £4.50 default figure in eBay’s system (I cannot ship for this amount).
The Beatles Abbey Road - original 1969 1st New Zealand pressing by HMV (His Masters Voice). Has black inner sleeve (like UK) flipback/tabs on back sleeve and unique wording on back sleeve advising HMV pressing. Disc pressed using UK plates and hence has UK Matrix YEX 749-2 + YEX 750-1 Laminated front sleeve - matt rear sleeve.
Sleeve: VG (Laminated sleeve in decent condition- showing signs of wear- mainly the corners with wear and thumb impressions/wear near opening of sleeve.Slight ring wear.Noticeable crease on front cover in top right corner (doesn't photo well due to reflection). Still respectable but not EX!)
Disc: VG (A few light marks and scuffs - several paper/hairline marks which are visible in bright light. Note that side A label has a small bit of writing on it in blue pen)

I always remove the disc from the sleeve when packing.

UK/ EU/North America/Japan:
£10 1st LP + £3 for each additional LP via Standard airmail (7-10 working days). This is effectively 1st class airmail and does not provide any sort of tracking service. Insurance for loss or damage is included but claims for loss or damage can only be made through NZ Post. Therefore if the above happens it will require your co-operation as NZ Post investigates such claims and does not compensate lightly without doing there homework. If you would like a tracked courier service please ask me to get a quote for you!
South American/Italian/ Russian Federation/China : Please be prepared for long delays of up to 1-2 months for your item. This is to do with the postal service at your end not mine. I have had difficulties with clients in the above areas asking where there item is after 2 weeks. Well it is usually sitting in a depot/warehouse in your country until customs or some bureaucrat processes it. I don’t mean to cause any offence but please understand the only way around this is for you to pay for a courier service which has tracking details and is fast 4-6days. This is expensive (from £22-30) so please ask me if you want this.
Russian Federation: Unfortunately the only service available to Russian Federation clients is standard/1st class airmail- the Russian postal system will not allow for non business-business items to be couriered i.e. they will only deliver to a commercial business address.

Please Read before bidding ! Folks I'm really sorry but have been been informed that the labels pictured (photos 1+2) are of a NZ 2nd pressing ! I have now uploaded the correct labels as pictures 6 +7 reflecting the correct 1st pressing labels (which are clean and have no writing on the label). However the disc is VG- as it has several paper/fine hairlines scratches/scuffs and a few slightly more deeper marks. As there is a bid on this listing I cannot remove pictures 1+2 nor can I edit the description so I do hope that anyone interested will read this addition here!. As a bonus I will offer the winning bidder the choice of following: 1. The 1st pressing as pictured in photos 3->7 - sleeve: VG disc : VG- + The 2nd pressing as pictured (labels) in photos 1+2 - sleeve: VG- (corner wear- touched up with black felt) Disc:VG (plays nicely and again has many fine scratches and paper scuffs but nothing deep ! No black inner sleeve.The additional disc will be offered for NO extra charge but you will need to pay for the shipping which is an additional £3 (hence postage for both £13). You are of course welcome to have both or choose which one you want if you don't wish to pay for more shipping.
