Description
Up for auction is my Beatles Abbey Road on the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab mfsl vinyl lp.
This late 70s half speed master is considered by many to be the very best version of this fantastic album from the early days of Mobile Fidelity.
Unlike modern half speed masters taken from digital copies this recording was taken from the original stereo analog master tapes when EMI allowed the Original tapes to be taken from the vaults at Abbey road to be remastered, something that simply wouldn’t happen today.
Played recently it sounds great on good system with a few pops a clicks here and there but no jumps or skips a real pleasure to listen to.
Only selling as I have a few copies.
As expected for an item that has been used and more the 40 years old there are signs of ware and splits on the top of cover and ware on the spine but it still does it’s job of protecting the record.
Please view the pictures of the item as they form an important part of the description.
Worldwide auction but please be patient with the shipping times due to The pandemic & Christmas there may be delays, please allow 30 days for international shipping.
The international shipping costs are an estimate for tracked postage and packaging and any excess charges will be refunded to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for any international custom charges or taxes to be paid.
Bid with confidence and check out my feedback.
Please check my other auctions from time to time as I will be listing other mobile fidelity albums, Beatles items, guitars and professional recording gear.
Any questions please mail me.
