Ebay's new policy of having an embedded max. US$4.00 rate, is for domestic postage within the USA and not from Australia, which is at least a 14-hour flight away.

For auction today: The Beatles. On Apple # PCSO 7088. The famous "blood stain" on the cover is super clear and sharp. Best example of this I have seen.
Cover: Front has tinycrease to top edge (less than 1 cm). Nothing else to report. No spine creases or thumbcreases to laminate (minor miracle). No ringwear, or general rubbing either. Looks pretty much like it was stored upright for about 40 years and never was taken off the shelf.
Disc: In the same league as cover. One tiny light mark and a tiny hairline only. I'm being pedantic here. Can't fault it otherwise. SUPER clean and nice. Shines like a mirror. Obviously seldom played - if ever. A suggestion that is re-enforced by the total lack of spindle marks and the razor sharp edges to the spindle hole.
Conclusion: Accurate descrition sounds like it's hype, but no. This is the best copy of this lp I have ever seen. And the fact that it is a "blood" cover, only released in Australia makes it more rare, collectable and I would assume, desirable. I was astounded when I noticed the lack of wear to the cover, as all the others I'd seen had some or were heavily worn. Please don;t miss this. Make it go to a good home.
