THE BEATLES - 'ABBEY ROAD'
This fine UK 1st pressing dates from late 1969 and is on the dark green Apple Records label: PCS 7088
'Her Majesty' is included on the side 2 label.
Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1
Stamper codes: 9,12/OPP & 1/MPG
Vinyl weight: 143g
Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the Apple logo aligned beneath the rear track-listing & with original plain white 'Patents No...' inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT +
A clean & unworn set with a small number of well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Extremely clean, deep-goss plying surfaces which retain all of their factory-shine and are unmarked in strong daylight. Even close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp fails to reveals anything more than some harmless wispy paper hairlines consistent with inner-sleeve removal & a sparkling rainbow shines.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
This copy has received just a few careful play and is without any significant or major audible faults. My single careful play-check at volume detected a touch of light background during some of the quieter passages but no groove/playwear or a single click, pop or any other such distraction.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
This fine example retains a sparkling, unworn high-gloss laminate free from any 'thumbnail' wrinkles on either its front or rear panels.
There is just a light wrinkle towards the lower right corner and a few small ones to the spine but there really is very little to fault on this well looked after example. All corners are free from any heavy bumps or bruising and both opening edges are razor sharp and completely unworn.
Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine is clean & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Perfectly clean & flat with nothing more than a gentle disc impression from storage.
